Unable to uninstall Webroot

Question

I was attempting to uninstall webroot on a computer, but there is no option in add or remove programs in Windows 7.

1. Attempt to uninstall through the Admin Console fails(Admin Tasks > Client Deployment > Uninstall Client).
2. If still installed double click on SpySweeperSetup.msi and select Uninstall.
