Windows 7 - Unable to connect to Sonicwall Global VPN client while connected to AT&T Communication Manager

On the Sonicwall Global VPN client it does not connect and It is prompting for phone book entry.  It works fine with Wireless, but it does not work when connected to WWAN.

  1. Uninstall the Sonicwall Global VPN client and reboot.
  2. Ensure wireless device is physically connected
  3. Run winfix.exe to allow Deterministic Network Enhancer to be installed
  4. In vpn client create second connection for WWAN
  5. Set new connection to lan only mode
  6. Re-install latest vpn client and reboot
