I have users in my location that use another domain for their email. It works fine for all users in our domain, but does not work for users in another domain. I am needing to send to the other domain by using scan to email.

You have a couple options:

  1. Go into Exchange for the main domain where it is currently working and add a contact with a new internal email address name@workingdomain.com and an external Email address of name@externaldomain.com and it will start working.
  2. Allow relays from the scanner's ip in Hub transport in the exchange server.
