Windows 8.1 - Windows blocked the installation of a digitally unsigned driver

I am trying to install drivers and am receiving the abover errors.

  1. Launch the Charms Bar by pressing Win + C and click on the Settings Charm.
  2. Click on the Change PC settings link.
  3. In Control Panel, switch to the Update & recovery section.
  4. On the left side, Click on the Recovery option.
  5. After it is selected, you will see an advanced startup section appear on the right hand side.
  6. Click on the “Restart now” button.
  7. Go to Advanced options > Startup Settings.
  8. Restart the Computer one last time.
  9. Change the startup settings for “Disable driver signature enforcement”. To choose the setting, you will need to press the F7 key.
  10. After the computer reboots you will be able to install unsigned drivers without any error message
